This website collects very little. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party marketing scripts on any page. This policy explains what does happen.
Who we are
Ecommerce Fidelity ("we", "us") operates this website and a portfolio of direct-to-consumer retail brands. This policy covers this website only. Our individual store brands run on their own domains and publish their own privacy policies.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
We receive what you type into it:
- your name
- your email address
- the topic you select
- your message
- the country your request came from, and the time you sent it
We use this to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
When you simply read a page
Our host records standard server request logs — IP address, browser type, page requested and time — which are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse. We do not combine these with anything that identifies you.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Nothing here tracks you between visits or across other websites. Cloudflare Turnstile, described below, may store a short-lived token in your browser purely to confirm a form submission is not automated; it is not used to profile you.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, serves it worldwide, and provides Turnstile, the anti-spam check on our contact form. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking visitors.
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- PurelyMail — hosts the mailboxes where your message arrives.
No fonts, images, scripts or stylesheets are loaded from third-party servers. Everything this page needs is served from this domain.
How long we keep things
Contact form messages live in our email, and we keep them while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. If you are in California, you may also ask us to confirm what we have collected and to delete it. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these, send us a message. We aim to respond within one month.
Children
This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
